There’s not a single answer for this, because every sword is unique and, depending on the different features, the range of time can vary greatly.

As a rule of thumb, any sword we make takes anywhere between 1 week and up to 2 months.

However, if you select a Tamahagane blade or one with a blade with a custom length, then it can take from 2 to 4 months. So you’ll have to be patient as a Samurai for those!

It depends on your country, but usually it takes from 7 to 21 business days. A little amount of time when you consider that these swords last for hundreds of years if you treat them properly.

Yes. We take our swords seriously, that’s why all of them are full tang, properly assembled, fully sharpened, and ready for battle.

We use different types of steel for our swords — all of them fully functional. If you customize your own sword, you’ll be able to choose the steel that suits you best. If not, then you can see what steel that sword is made of in the description.

You can read more about our steel and their characteristics here.

These are all our available steels:

  • 1060 Carbon Steel
  • 1060 Folded Carbon Steel
  • 9260 Spring Steel
  • 9260 Folded Spring Steel

  • 1095 Folded Carbon Steel
  • 1095 Clay Tempered Steel

There’s no such thing as the best steel. Each type of steel comes with its pros and cons. Take a look at this page to find out what’s the best steel for you.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your sword and your location — it’s not the same to ship a Tanto as a Nodachi.

If you want to see what are the exact shipping costs for your order, you can do it during the checkout. Once you add your address, you’ll be able to see the exact shipping cost for your items based on your location.

You can rest assured, we offer worldwide shipping. Of course, if your country restricts the importation of swords, there’s not much we will be able to do.

These are some of the main countries we ship to:

United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Puerto Rico, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Rumania, Hungary, Portugal*, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy*, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore*, Israel, United Arab Emirates*, and Qatar.

Singapore and Denmark require a special license.

If your country is not on the list, just send us a message and we’ll reply as soon as possible.

You can also contact your own country’s postal office to learn if there are any restrictions.

If we never shipped before to your country, it’ll be best that you contact your postal office to ask if they accept swords. If the sword is confiscated when we import it there’s nothing we can do. If it is returned to us, we charge a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

Yes, we do. Using our 3D APP you’ll be able to create the sword of your dreams, modifying the sword to your liking. Once you make the payment, we’ll forge and ship it to you.

In case you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee if you return the item within 14 days from the time you receive it.

You must return the items in the original conditions, just as you received them.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping of the sword and the consequent fees. The buyer will also be responsible for paying the fees we had during the deal in case of a refund (5.5%), and this fee is non refundable.

Refunds will not be eligible if the item cannot be released and sent back to us. We don’t assume responsibility for customs charges and taxes — that’s why we encourage you to inform yourself about your country’s restrictions, to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises ahead.

Refunds & cancellations will not be given for purchases made with Cryptocurrencies — replacements, however, are still eligible in case you’re not happy with your purchase.

Cancellation before the shipment of an order will be accepted. However, PayPal fees can’t be refunded. If we already began to work on the sword, we will charge up to 30% of the price for its cancellation, depending on how much we advanced with it.
